Owner Operated
Top Row Technologies is owned and operated by Roger Spurgeon. Roger has been an IT director, systems and network administrator, a user support expert, a team-building facilitator and a passionate advocate for education and technology for 30 years.
A graduate of The University of Michigan College of Engineering, Roger studied computer programming, database design, software development, and user support.
Roger volunteers at a summer camp program, leading their Staff-In-Training program. Roger has facilitated team-building workshops, leadership weekends, ropes-courses, and similar activities. This is where Roger is not your normal “tech guy”–he’s a tech guy that can actually talk with you.
When you hire Top Row Technologies, you are not hiring a technician, you’re hiring the owner. Roger has been involved in strategic planning, and network and systems administration for non-profit organizations, K-12 schools, higher education, and more. He understands that to be most effective, technology must also be cost-effective and right for you.
